Estes-Manning Management Group was established as a true third-party management firm, specializing in multifamily, condo, and HOA management. As our market changed, so did our story and we began focusing on more JV opportunities, thereby creating true partnerships with our clients.
Estes-Manning may appear to be a young business, however, Brian Estes formed The Estes Group, Inc, a full service commercial investment firm in 2006 and Brandi Manning managed all over the Southeast for numerous years prior to beginning her own consulting firm in 2017. After years of collaboration, Brian and Brandi joined forces in 2018 to create Estes-Manning Management Group as a sister firm to the already successful brokerage and consulting firms. Their combined knowledge and experience encompasses more than 50 years in the industry.
Our firm is built on solid ethical values and business practices, providing complete transparency to our clients. We aim to provide the most professional level of service while creating the highest possible ROI for our clients. Our market knowledge, leadership skills, and high level of integrity is what sets us apart from our competitors.
